Such a joke at this location! Should be out of business. They never, never answer their phone when you call. Just a very unpleasant experience. I went in there two times and each time I left so aggravated, I will never go back to that location period.First of all, when I went in the first time, I wanted to find out about a new phone. My phone was acting up and I really wanted to swap it out. I have had nothing but problems with this phone. I was asking the individual how much a new phone would be for me. And I was in there probably about 20 minutes and he never, ever once told me what the price was for a phone. Secondly, I just went in there about a week or so ago and when I went in, there was no acknowledgment of me even stepping into the store. Not "hi will be with you shortly," nothing.Very, very rude people there period. I really hope that you read these reviews that have one star and you do something about it. Because like I said, I'll never go back there.

Worst experience ever. The young lady working messed up my account so bad. She put a watch on my account even though I didn’t have one. She changed my plan also without telling me. I’m actually going to switch carriers

Had lost context on home page. They quickly reset it for me, and showed me how to fix it if it happened again. Also answered a few questions that I had. Very helpful.

In store was really friendly. I am pretty annoyed as they signed us up for an apple watch and I asked if we had to have the line active. I was told no. When I called to cancel the, they said it was not possible or we had to pay for the watch. If you are selling things, you need to know the facts and not just try to make a sale with inaccurate information. I switched over from ATT and was happy until I found this out.

Bought phones from Apple after bad experience at the Arnold Tmobile. Logan helped us get our phones switched over and even helped put our cases/screen protectors on. He was a wealth of knowledge and made sure we left happy. Thanks Logan!

This company is scam artists the screen on my phone stopped working i pay for insurance but after a month of the store telling me I had to call t mobile and t mobile telling me I have to go to store I finally got someone compatint that helped me out he did the warranty swap on phone and shipped new 1 to the store took another week to get to store went to pick it up today and they said they can't do anything because a button is missing on the phone I've delt with 3 different people in the store and 4 on the phone but no one has mentioned the button missing until now now they say I have to pay for a new phone the customer service is a joke they are all very rude they pretty much called me a liar they will find any way possible to screw you over it's a shame Sprint has turned into this at least Sprint was a good company was with Sprint for 18 years and never had a problem now that it's T mobile they just try to rip you off find a different company i defiantly am

This tech-challenged senior citizen got her first home internet. Was served quickly. Dustin apparently explained the process very well because once I figured out what shelf the black box wanted to sit on it was easy to install. Very happy experience.

"MANAGERS" WILL CLAIM THEYRE THE STORE MANAGER WHEN THEYRE NOT, THEYLL TREAT YOU LIKE YOU DONT MATTER, CUS AT YOU AND THEYRE A FRANCHISE. JUST GO TO A CORPORATE STORE AND SAVE TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY. DESOTO TMOBILE IS ONLY 15 AWAY FROM FESTUS . I SUGGEST THAT DRIVE.
