Let's try to make it a little more difficult to actually figure out where a package is. Spam mail and ads are never lost but an actual package meh have fun

I've had good interactions, but a few of the staff are consistently very rude. I dread having to come there. I'm just trying to pick up my mail. They've also lost my packages twice.

They did property damage to our residence. I had it on video. Tried contacting a supervisor several times and they never called us back or anything. They constantly lose our mail as well. Some of which are important bills, so that’s fun.

I've never had an issue with rudeness, but they simply don't know how to deliver mail. I've had numerous issues. They tried to get me to sign the certified mail return receipt (green card to be signed by the recipient upon delivery) for mail I sent out. I'm the sender, not the recipient. It was separated from the mail and brought to my door! I have yet to have certified mail delivered without an issue. Other things get caught in "a loop". The package comes to Festus but they send it off somewhere else and it will cycle though a few times. I've never seen anything like this.

The USPS as a whole is trash, but this location gets two stars because the people at this one are very delightful. USPS will try to rob you, struggle to actually deliver packages, and treats customers like criminals when you try to file a claim. Standard government treatment. I suggest using UPS instead for larger or important packages. Small packages that don't matter when they get "lost" are fine with USPS because eventually they'll pay out on the insurance. Just make sure to have proof of what the item costs or else they'll deny your request for reimbursement. If you're just dropping off packages, or buying stamps, then this location is a good one. Especially since they have later hours than other post offices.USPS is still trash though.

My husband and I use this post office frequently. On certain days there may be long lines but the only rude behavior observed has come from selfish outspoken customers. The facility seems to be understaffed but the staff, without exception, has always be courteous, friendly and professional.

I like that this post office is open later than most others in the area. The employees are always friendly and speedy.

Employee at the desk was very rude , also was trying to charge me for tape because one of the edges wasn’t taped up , a postal place won’t give you a sliver of tape.
