“A couple of months ago, our mail carrier came to our house to tell me that he had accidentally hit our dog down on our county road. He was very upset and worried. I went with him to find the dog. By the time I got there, he had already called his supervisor. The mail carrier had other mail to deliver, so I told him to go on. His supervisor was here very shortly. I hadn't taken my phone, so the supervisor called my husband for me. He stayed with me until my husband got here. It was our and our dog's fault, not the fault of the mail carrier.
