My wife & I needed an emissions inspection done so we could renew our plates. We called and made an appointment. Bob's was able to get us in the next day. Once arrived, they were professional, speedy, and got us exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. We highly recommend bobs!

I've never been treated worse by any business in my life. I waited 2 days for 1 tire to be put on. and 1 lightbulb to be put in??? Wow.The very end of the second day I finally called at 4pm and was told my car was ready. I was never called. I also was hoping to get my car before they close for the weekend. I was told the tire has to be ordered. Ok. When Walmart does tires in less than 24 hours for you. and 1 lightbulb can be done in 5 minutes at Auto Zone. I think the way they treated me was horrible. When I was yelled at on the phone saying "I did not give her the information on the tire size." Ok. Very rude!! I was never given an estimate, every time I would try to call and see if my car was ready. The phone was hung up on me! I had to drive up actually and ask what time my car might be ready. I think they intentionally treated me badly. Very obvious. I was told "You never gave me time to call you!" I finally got to pay and be finished with this nightmare place and I was told too "I SHOULD charge you more!" WOW this is how you run your business?!!!!!! I know they kept telling me "We squeezed you in." We didnt' have an appointment." Again, 1 TIRE. 1 LIGHTBULB. EASY!!!! I did not have a ton of work to be done. Intentionally rude and disgusting behavior JODY. Also I was told "You SHOULD be saying THANK YOU" I'm not here to get a manners class from you JODY! Stop treating customers like TRASH! Go ahead and delete a real review I will NEVER go back here ever again if you treat customers like this! NEVER would reccommend them for anyone! And intentionally delay work time for a single lightbulb installation which takes 5 minutes! Most auto mechanic shops stay in contact with you when they have your vehicle for 48 hours.

My transmission slipped and we were referred to them by Olive & Fee Fee Car Care (shout-out to them for supporting other businesses!) Bob's Transmission was very helpful in receiving our towed vehicle and fixing it with a quick turnaround. I am currently also dealing with a broken leg, and James was kind enough to drop my truck off back in the driveway since we aren't very far away and coordinating with a friend to help pick it up would've been a little more time consuming. I will definitely be returning for future services and highly recommend this shop. I've been looking for a reliable place like this.

I brought my Jeep to them as a recommendation from another shop that could not service my clutch/transmission. They towed it from the original shop I brought it to, diagnosed it within a day and had it repaired within two days knowing that we were down a vehicle and needed it for my son to get to work. I asked around about the price they charged and were spot on with pricing. In fact they told me I ended up not needing a part so were able to knock $100 off. Very trustworthy and reliable. Have already recommended them and will again. I think it was James I dealt with there.

We use Bob's for all of our car repair needs. They are, first and foremost, FAIR and HONEST. I never feel like I'm getting the run around from them. They do great work at an affordable price. I would suggest them to anyone, and I DO suggest them to everyone who is looking for a great auto repair shop!

I trust Bobs with all our cars. They have helped us drive our cars up to and over 200,000 miles. We have used them for everything from oil changes, light bulbs, and wiper blades, to tires, catalytic converters, electrical issues, and transmissions. If you want a repair explained, they are happy to do so. Like any place, it's best to have an appointment for fastest service. But once I had to have a dead car towed there and they worked me in that week. They are honest. They won't "fix" a bunch of stuff that does not need to be fixed like some places. And the pricing is fair. The staff is all so friendly too. I don't even mind waiting for a repair (clean waiting room, free WiFi, good coffee), although I usually just drop off and pick up.

This place is amazing!!! After a terrible experience with a different company I called Bob's just on a whim to see if they had the transmission fluid my car needed and would be able to work on my car. They didn't have the fluid but were able to get it for me within an hour where the other place said there was no way to get it until Monday (5 days later) at the earliest. Not only that but they let me bring my car in that day, drove me back to the office, and had it done by closing that night! Not to mention they did it for $75 bucks cheaper than the other place was going to. I spoke with Bill throughout this whole process and he was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Also, despite the other place I went not doing what they should have and potentially even lying to me Bill never said one bad thing about the other company, which I think is very honorable and shows good character and professionalism. I will be taking all my future car business to Bob's, they are great and employ honest people with integrity. I'm so incredibly pleased with the work they have done and their ability to accommodate me so last minute. I can't thank them enough. Take your car to Bob's you won't regret it !!
