Service was not good tonight. When I received my food I was given dirty silverware. There was literally green parsley and food stuck to my knife and fork. I had to wait 10 mins until I saw the waitress to ask for replacement silverware and those were dirty too. I wasn’t asked if I needed a refill on my drink or if I wanted a dessert. After eating, the waitress immediately brought me my check. I asked if I could get a refill and she asked if I wanted it in a to go cup. I told her I wasn’t ready to leave yet I barely just got done eating. I felt rushed even though she said “No rush”. I normally tip big but not tonight and I promise I won’t come back. I also will be sure to tell my friends and family to not step foot in this place.

On a take out order, we were missing sides and an entree. The staff was telling everyone that their meals would be ready in 15-20 minutes if it was one item or ordering 8 items. The staff member at the register seemed lost and unsure of what was going on.The food portions are also very small for the price. Expect a poorly cooked steak roughly 2-3 ounces under the weight you order. The salad was sent out with the wrong dressing as well.I do not recommend using this take out service at any time. An hour wait when you're told 15-20 minutes for missing items and mediocre at best food is not worth the higher price point.

Very reliable Applebee's experience. Good food, fast service, and typical sports bar atmosphere. Server was attentive but not overly so.

Had the worst service ever! I ordered Chicken and Shrimp asked for no mushrooms still came out with mushrooms. I also ordered a side order of Mac n cheese and got a whole order of Mac n cheese with chicken on top of it. It was not what I ordered. Lady wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. When it came for our checks to come she stood there and waited for us to sign our checks. I work in the food industry as us servers you do not do that it’s rude as hell. Definitely not going back to Applebees

Sat at the bar, had dinner with no acknowledgment from anyone for at least 10 min ordered from a bartender that had very low communication skills the whole time we were there. She never asked if we needed refills or another drink, and the tab was $70+ .. What happened to customer service?

Worst steak I have ever had at an Applebee's!!!! 24.99 for a 12oz steak which was full of Fat and not tender ? NOT RETURNING! Server was AWESOME. Thanks

This was my 1st visit to this Applebee's. We decided to use Curbside pickup to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday.1. I placed my order at 1:49 pm for a 4:40 pm pick up.2. 4:30 pm received message from Applebee's to click on link to expedite order ("click on link so order will be ready upon arrival"). The link didn't work.3. 5:02 pm NO ORDER! Curbside said they only have 2 employees working curbside.4. 5:03 pm CS Attendant said she would check the order.5. 5:05 pm CS Attendant claimed food/order was being bagged.6. 5:14 pm No Order.7. 5:23 pm Called Manager. He assured me that he would go outside to curbside and discuss my pickup order with person picking up order, which didn't happen.8. 5:27 pm Hung up on twice by Curbside.9. 5:30 pm went inside restaurant, requested order cancelation and refund. Suddenly, order appears with half of order missing. Manager, checks rest of order and has kitchen to cook (5:35 pm) another steak because "it didn't look good."10. 5:40 pm Manager gives $30 coupon on our next visit...His Location ONLY...lol!!!!11. NO refund, NO immediate discounts, and NO GRATUITY ($20.00) given as demanded.12. 5:45 pm Entire order received!By now, the pastas were cold and dry. Steaks were not cooked as requested (overcooked), but the worse part, the lettuce in our salad was rotting and going bad, which was covered up by fresh lettuce!Once entering the restaurant, there were other curbside customers complaining about their orders. One lady had only purchased a salad and had been waiting for an hour.The staff members seem to be very confused about managing orders, complaints, answering the phone or anything else concerning the restaurant, even basic things: plastic ware, napkins, condiments, etc.Honestly, I do not remember the last time that I've had service or food THIS BAD...not even McDonald's, and they always get your order wrong!I have decided that this was one of those moments that I will report to the Corporate Office, BBB, Mo State Attorney General's office, and my CC company because of everything, mainly spoiled food being covered up, refusing to cancel the order, even though I didn't have my order, and the gratuity refund.Lisa S.
