The customer service representative (who i unfortunately didn’t get his name) went above and beyond. I went in and was immediately offered help but without being bombarded but with a very kind approach. I informed him i was in search of a lava lamp light bulb but when he searched the inventory, there was none available. He then was able to find one and called his manager to ask if he could sell it to me based on that it wasn’t in their inventory. (I had been in the car in the parking lot still and he got my attention to come inside) Sold me what i needed and had some amazing music playing while we talked. Overall, will be returning and informing all my business friends to shop from this location!

There were two people working when we visited this store - a younger black man and an older white man. The white guy must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. He was extremely rude to us when we tried to explain that we've never paid for their labor to replace a battery in a car key fob. We tried to react calmly, but he got increasingly agitated and continued to throw attitude at us. Eventually, we walked out and went to True Value, where we got excellent service - as usual.

I was directed to this store by Assurant Insurance (Tmobile) to get the screen fixed on my cell phone. The entire process was a breeze up until meeting Mike at the store today.When I filed the insurance claim, I opted for same-day phone repair, and this store was confirmed and included in my documentation. Upon scheduling a time & date of the repair (to complete the online process), the website was erroring out, so I called the store to explain the claim & the website error I was receiving, and to get feedback on if I was able to come in due to the error. The person who answered the phone heard me out and was extremely helpful. I set up the time I'd come in and was there promptly. He also told me there was 1 person in front of me and that the repair could take up to 1.5hrs. I was perfectly fine with that. Paid the deductible (under $20), confirmed my appointment time, and verified phone details before hanging up. He was VERY nice.When I got to the store, Mike assisted me and was not as friendly or helpful as everyone else had been. He told me I wasn't in their system and that there was nothing he could do to assist me. He didn't even attempt to offer calling Assurant to see if the error was their own system. He didn't want to see the insurance claim email that I was trying to show him with their store information attached, didn't want to see the error that I was receiving online, the claim number, nothing. He was less than curious about who I verbally spoke with (from their location) that gave me the green light to come in at that very time. I literally got the green light about an hour before heading to the store, so I'm unsure where the disconnect was, and Mike could care less. He wasn't mean whatsoever, just not as helpful as he could have been. Had he even FAKED better customer service, I would have accepted that since I'm typically a positive patty 24/7. He was very dismissive, and for that, I'm leaving this review. It was a wasted trip, and Mike was less than helpful with the remedy for the situation.Now, I'm out of pocket about $90 to have their store cut-out of the process altogether, and have a phone replacement mailed when I could have simply had the screen repaired in less than 1.5hrs by their store. It was ridiculous for it to be a beautiful Friday afternoon, and ended up leaving work for less than favorable service from Mike.The 2 stars are for the person who assisted me on the phone from their location, and the younger guy in the store who was assisting another customer (but chimed in to attempt to help anyway). Kudos to you two for having great customer service!

Called battery plus in Florissant an spoke to Jake. Jake is not professional an disrespectful an also rude. He has no understanding of how to treat customers. Very unprofessional

On line check in was easy, and check in at the store went smoothly, and my phone repair was completed when they said it would be.

Didn’t seem like they wanted to help. Just told me how much and provide no other information. Warranty, how does the process work, etc etc.

After purchasing five batteries in the past 2 years for various vehicles, I had an ATV battery go bad 2 weeks after the warranty expired. I was told by the manager that he would take ten dollars off the purchase price of a new battery which didn’t even meet their internet price. I would think that there would be a little more flexibility for a loyal customer. Trying to patronize local businesses these days is a futile effort. No wonder Amazon is causing so many companies to shut their doors!

Had my phone repaired less than a month ago and the screen glitched again. I talked to them about it and was told it would be an additional 100.00. Why would I pay 200.00 to repair a phone when it was obviously repaired wrong.

Came into have my front and back screen on my s21 ultra replaced. They overcharged but it was an emergency so I paid $500. They tell me they have to order the back for it and I'll have to come back an additional time to have it out on when it comes in stock. I waited 2 to 3 weeks for a call and never received one. I called and asked what's going on with my repair the guy on the phone says he doesn't know and the guy who's in charge of it isn't in. I call back the next day and they say we've had the part but didn't have a ticket created for me so that's who no one called. Weeks later they say they have it for me to come in and get it fixed. Should take about 40 minutes. He calls me back and say the guy who does the repair is actually leaving early and won't be able to do it today. I have a very busy schedule so I have to get in when I can. I go in today to finally get it repaired and he tells me it'll be 4 to 5 hours. I tell him the manager told me it'll take 40 minutes. He says oh well it'll be 5 hours sorry. Says I can try again later. So I take my phone and leave. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Extremely friendly & helpful staff, & (from a non car person) big thank you to Jake A for taking the time to explain my battery issue to me& re-checking everything before very quickly and on the spot installing it

The guys working there are super helpful and very nice. They now offer cellphone repair which was the other reason we went there that day. The battery replacement deal for as long as you own your car is the best thing ever.

I went there to get a battery for my Walkie-Talkie and they didn’t carry it. I also compared their prices to other batteries and they were high!
