Although not on this particular visit, I had my car broken into while visiting Aldi. (nothing of value was in the car though) I know it's not the fault of the owners of Clocktower Place or the businesses who rent here but the clientele is "rough" and/or "shady" (that's the nicest way to say it) and because of the "riff-raff" here, I no longer feel safe visiting any of the businesses in this strip mall. If it weren't in such a bad neighborhood, I'd probably have given it a 5-star rating.
