I had to run an emissions test or better still IDOD on my Nissan Rogue which is due for Registration. Fast forward a friend of mine suggested I take my vehicle to Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers. After a few hours I had a call to come pick up my Rogue since they were done working on it....I would recommend everyone to patronised Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers because they are simply the best out of the rest!

As of 10/22/25. I have been through it once again at Dobbs in clock tower,Missouri!!.Lord knows I've tried!!! They installed wrong tires!!!!!!! STUART THE manager,would not satisfy me . This is just one of few mistakes they made! A week prior to this date and oil change and new tires was ordered on my other car..I didn't see the technician do the job (oil change). As I was about to pay for new tires as well an oil change.(I asked was it performed,( it was not done) I waited again. The next day my car hood would not open!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.they argued with me saying they didn't do it ..(they eventually solved the problem..I got a tire repaired at different location,(dobbs) that's when I discovered I had bad tires installed) upon my investigation (Different car)(The plug repair job lasted 1 day and the tire they repaired busted out on me on the highway the next day!!!Out on the highway (Although I rotated often...that's when I Discovered improper tires were installed on my vehicle!!!! I was livid!!!!!! STUART said he could not satisfy me ..wrong size tires will and can cause internal damage,
Especially to the break system ,and ironically a few months after getting the WRONG tires installed(months prior).i had to have a MAJOR and costly break job repair done at Dobbs! Close to a thousand dollars.!!!..which I contribute to the ill fitting tires. I did my research and that's one of the causes...I HAVE BEEN DRIVING A LONG TIME!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD MY breaks fail on me. It was the scariest thing in my life.!!! I am not a heavy breaker and could not understand how such a thing could happen...i don't drive like that.!!! .So I'm venting because I've tried to contact corporate,could not reach anyone!!! Had Dobbs told me they didn't have my tire size or it would have been more expensive..INFORM ME FIRST, BEFORE PUTTING ANY SIZE TIRE ON MY CAR TO MAKE A SALE!!!! MOST WOMEN DONT CHECK THE WRITING ON THE SIDE OF THE TIRE!!!....I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND JUDGED , BECAUSE THEY FELT I COULD NOT AFFORD THE HIGHER PRICED SET.. (JUST TO MAKE A SALE.),WHICH CAUSED PROBLEMS TO MY CAR AS WELL AS WEARING DOWN FASTER BECAUSE OF THE IMPROPER FIT....AND THE BLACK GUY I DIDNT GET HIS NAME AT THE FRONT, INSULTED ME (AND SAID ,AS I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT MY CAR(HE SAID AND I QOUTE.(YOU ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE). I JUST LOOKED AT HIM.. I FELT HUMILIATED AND ASHAMED BECAUSE WHEN IT COMES TO MY CAR I TEND TO RANT . I WOULD ALWAYS TAKE (STUART ))OUTSIDE TO DISCUSS MATTERS , SO CUSTOMERS WOULD NOT HEAR!!! BUT HE WAS MEAN TO ME STILL...BE REFUSED TO GIVE ME GENERAL MANAGERS CONTACT INFORMATION!!.I BEEN THROUGH A LOT WITH DOBBS (CLOCKTOWER LOCATION ) I'm so frustrated and tired of spending my time in the store, if they would just do things fairly and proper.This review would not exist if corporate would of reached out to me and satisfied an unhappy customer.! I don't have a fancy car, but it runs and they should not judge me and do whatever to me because it's not a 2025 etc!!!

Great customer service from Steve the store manager over the phone to the counter to out the door and all the workers were respectful.

I made an appointment which I think is best. I've been going here for some time. This Dobbs has polite staff including the manager. They were able to answer my questions and my car was ready earlier than expected.

I took my car in to get checked out to see why it’s running hot I was told that nothing was wrong except the system has a air bubble in it so I paid for a system flush and I left Dobbs and my car ran hot again they sent a tow truck to get the car but I will never go to Dobbs at 3195 Dunn Rd again they cost me inconvenience and that’s not replaceable
