This store was so junky. The manager should be ashamed to allow his store to look like that. When customers coming in and gotta step over stuff to get to what they need.

A young black male on the register on 11/29/24 at 6:00PM. Listening to his pink and white headphones. He's even changing the station between customers. This young male didn't say hello, bye, and didn't even tell us our total. No thank you no thing. I will be calling corporate on Monday. He should be FIRED. Customers was literally forcing a conversation with this young guy.

Good Morning,
I just left this location a let me tell you if I could give less than 1 star I would. After I patiently waited outside the store for 30 minutes for it to open the last employee who came in locked the door behind her. So I called the store for clarity if they would be opening soon since it was a little time after it should’ve been open. After the phone rang for some time the same employee who lastly came in answered the phone with an attitude simply because I asked her would they be opening soon. She asked me am I outside and I replied yes been waiting for a minute so just wanted to know. This employee hung up on me after stating the door was open. Which it wasn’t another employee walked to the door to open it. So I came in looking for the manager because I was confused where the anger was coming from this early in the morning. The day has just started! Instead the same employee had come out the back room so I asked her was she the one I was talking to and if so why did she disconnect the call. She told me she just got to work implying she didn’t have time for me and walked away. So I let the manager know what happen and she had the same nasty attitude. Never would I shop there again! I rather go somewhere more professional, customer service skills and where they care about their customers.

I witnessed the store manager racially profile and harass three young black boys of stealing a soda. The way the manager screamed out and yelled at the kids and made them show their hands to completely embarrass them was the most disgusting thing I’ve witnessed. One of the employees refused to give me her name but I called corporate instead, people like her shouldn’t be able to work at these places especially in a neighborhood where it is predominately African Americans if you’re going to see everyone as a thief. This situation made me so uncomfortable as a mom of a young black boy.

The cashier was very friendly and worked very hard at getting the people checked out and through the lines. It was very busy and a little crowded. A third lane was opened after about 10 minutes. I was glad to see this, it would have been better if this was done sooner. All in all this was a good visit. Was able to pick up everything I needed at the last minute. ?
