This was my first time shipping with FedEx and I must say that Ro exceeded my expectations! She answered all of my questions and gave me many different options for shipping prices. She was extremely pleasant and the customer before me even complimented her on a job well done. Thanks Ro! I really appreciate your kindness!

Rude employees. Poor customer service. Older black lady with a bad attitude acts like she’s mad she has to do her job. She tried to tell me she couldn’t ship my return bc she said I had to have a bag and a label for my Walmart return and that’s not the case. You don’t have to have either for Walmart returns and when I pressed the issue she finally did it but wouldn’t speak the entire transaction and was moving as slow as possible trying to make me mad or something ?

Rude. Bad attitude, argumentative and just tried to make my experience as difficult as possible. Older lady that has worked there for a long time is really rude every time I come in. Starting to think she’s racist. I’ve seen her be rude to others as well for no appt reason. Poor customer service skills.

Horrible attitude!!! I simply asked if they was closed!! Motorcycle chick must've had a bad day!! The nastiest (YEP) I'v ever experienced!! No worry sis, I'll never patronize this store. It's ok to be tired, but nastiness is not necessary.

Walking up few minutes before 7, closing time, and doors being locked. I know showing up before close can be seen as rude but woulda been done before they actually supposed to close. Slightly annoying, hurry to get here after work to be shrugged off. I will say the employees are generally nice good people. I blame Google for not listing close time as a few minutes before 7.

Crystal is professional, attentive, patient. The last 2/3 times I was there Crystal helped me. Bless her heart. She squared me away with a smile on her face each time. I could not have done it without her.
