Joe´s amazing. Took a tour of the facility w/ him - by golf cart! Unfortunately, there were no open units in my preferred size (10´x10´), but Joe helped me search for available ones in other locations, and I found one ~3m away. I´ve had GREAT interactions w/ Extra Space. After renting a unit from a competitor, Extra Space offers great customer service & even better rates!

Units near 223 are infested with mice so please be aware! I had my items stored here for about 4 months and had pretty substantial damage to clothes, shoes, mouse droppings, mouse urine etc. When I notified management at the time of move out they were far from surprised & I was told they had an exterminator come out so hopefully “that should be the last of them”

Facility is beyond well kept. The units are free of debris and rodents which says a lot. Joe is the manager and he is awesome, he explains things very well and is not out to get your money like other storage facilities. 10/10 definitely recommended!

Good price but stuff walked away there clothes and a box dishes and box silverware and a cook pan. Filed complaint after I unpacked no call or email from follow up person.

The staff were friendly and patient with me. I had been looking for a storage facility but other places couldn’t answer my questions. Kelly the manager was real helpful with letting me preview the spaces so I could get an idea of what size I really needed. Thanks again.
