Makes no sense to order curb side and have a smart mouth child call and say they can’t walk it out because you are not in a marked spot when all the spots are flooded with water. We can’t bring it out to any car but we you can walk in and get it. No ID nothing. Anybody can walk in and get it but you can’t walk it out to the vehicle described when placing the curbside order. If I wanted to walk in I wouldn’t have ordered curbside. Too many lil kids on the shift worried about the tips instead of customer service. I will NEVER be back and word of mouth is the worst publicity an establishment can ask for. Hire people that care about what they doing. Not kids without a clue and not being managed !

Gina Fowler, manager, needs to re-evaluate her position in leadership. As a manager, you are supposed to make things right, not create problems then refuse to do right by the customer. I had a To-Go order scheduled for 7:20pm. Pulled up at 7:11pm and waited for a to go space to be empty so that I can pull in and text my parking space# as the link asked. I texted at 7:22, parking space #3. Waited and waited...I was patient as I saw they were busy so I gave them grace knowing that. At 8:00 I figured this was more than enough time, checked the app and saw that my order had been picked up...?? I go in, and was told my ticket had been closed out cause I wasn't outside? No one came to my car, at all! When I spoke to Gina, she tells her that she closed out my order accidently thinking it was someone else order. Made no sense to me. I asked her, if she closed it out accidently, for whatever reason, then why didn't she have someone bring my food to my car or call the # that I provided when I placed my order? She told me that when they close out the ticket, they no longer have the info in their system. She continues to tell me lies about her mistake but didn't want to make it right and after she couldn't keep up with her unaccountability she rudely offered me a free dessert for a future visit. What a way to compensate someone that spent almost $50 and waited 40 minutes for you to bring the food out when you clearly know that it was a mistake on your part. To make things worse when I see the receipt, it had ALL OF THE MISSING INFO she said she didn't have. The parking space was there, the color of the car, and my phone#. You must do better!! This is very, very poor customer service. You made a mistake but made ZERO attempts to make it right! Who wants to come back for a future visit when you can't do right? Food was no longer hot and this whole experience ruined my appetite.

This is my worst experience ordering at this location. First, they were 20 minutes late with the order than the specified time for pick up. The young lady at the counter was extremely rude and abrasive, to the point that we had to ask for a manager because she was exhibiting a rude and nasty attitude when told that the order of brussel sprouts was not adequate with only 5 brussel sprouts in the container. The manager was nice and resolved the issue amicably. When I got home of course the food was cold, the salads were sparse, and both steaks were extremely undercooked. My husband cut into his supposed well done steak (as stated on the receipt on the container) and was so repulsed with the blood that seeped out that he decided he was no longer hungry. He was p*ssed and so was I, as it is his birthday and this meal and experience was not how we intended to cap off the evening before he has to go to work tonight. I have had some unpleasant experiences at this location, but nothing this subpar. I will not be returning and will be contacting corporate.

On a recent Thursday evening, I entered your establishment and took a seat at the bar. Upon arrival, the bartender acknowledged my presence and assured me of prompt service. However, despite observing her attentiveness to other patrons' needs, including delivering food, attending to drink refills, and clearing dishes, I regrettably experienced a lack of interaction throughout my visit. This disregard for customer engagement was evident over a duration of approximately 12 minutes, culminating in my decision to depart. A fellow patron even expressed empathy for the noticeable oversight. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope of constructive feedback and improvement in service standards.

Terrible service and wait time. Couldn't get seated or even anyone to pay attention to us or to the phone that literally ran the entire 20 minutes we waited. Will not be going back.

DONT OFFER CURBSIDE IF YOU DONT HAVE STAFF WILLING TO BRING FOOD OUT TO YOU!!! After sitting in my car almost an hour I decided to go in to see my order just sitting there ? someone could’ve called to inform me that no one was available to bring it out!! I almost told them to keep it and refund me because I’ve lost my appetite. It’s probably cold anyway smh

Great server. Dirty glass doors at entrance. No hostess at entrance. Overcooked steak ordered medium, got well done twice. Poor food selection on day I went. No baked potatoes, no asparagus, no Mac and cheese, etc Go to a different location if you want full menu.

Went on 03/14/2023 arrived at 7 pm got seated at 8 pm ordered meal received at 9 pm the most horrible service and food. Ordered longhorn steak medium rare it was burnt .I will never go back to this establishment a wasted 95.00
