“Long time and loyal customer. I got my first box when the store was at Clock Tower as a Mailbox, Etc. They moved to their New Halls Ferry location, and I stayed with them, even with a change of management, I still get great and friendly service there. For those who cannot or do not want to receive packages at their residence, I highly recommend getting a UPS Store private mailbox. One stop, and I get everything at once.”
“Typically great service, but sometimes employees are standing around using cell phones. These cell phones might be UPS issued, but scary if not. Are employees making social media videos of customers or the UPS day to day transactions to upload. Privacy concern for customers when in a UPS store. Potential lawsuits in the end?”
