I call to make sure my prescriptions are ready when they tell me they will be. I've been going to CVS for about 15 years and not once was my medication on time. I waited in the drive thru, I car was ahead of me, I waited 20 minutes and finally went in. After causing a scene they finally got it filled. When I left, the same car was still in the drive thru. This is not just a local problem. I've been to CVS in several states. I honestly think the pharmacy employees are competent, CVS is just too cheap to have the man power it requires. The employees work pretty quickly. It's sad that they don't have the time to answer their phones. I'm now switching to Walgreens, it's a couple more miles away but it's still a lot quicker, and THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONES and are more helpful as far as filling prescriptions and keeping in contact about the status of my meds

The Phamacy here never has my medication on time. I have been getting the same meds for a while and they always wait until the day of to check and see if my meds are available. Sometimes they have to order them and I don't receive them till the next day. The employees are nice though...

I called in at 11:44 am - please help me to understand why I haven't spoken with anyone over an hour and a half later?! They are now on lunch so I guess calls get disconnected at that time since I was hung up on 1:37 pm! Great customer service

Looks like this is a trend at this location and CVS in general. This location doesn't answer their phone, can't check on scripts, slow, and rude. I'm changing my pharmacy to Walgreens. They should close this place a fire all the workers. They obviously don't care. In fact, CVS generally don't care either. Ever try reaching a customer service person from the 1-800 number? It can't happen. They are in business to bilk their customers....period.

It seems like there is a failure with every system in place regarding getting prescriptions. I no longer get alert on my automatic refills. So I keep calling and the auto system advises it will let your pharmacy know to refill but I still don't get the alerts. So then I call. They say they have it and will fill it. Then I go up there at the suggested time to pick up and find out they don't even have the rx in stock. This has happened about 4x in the last 2 months. Now a 3rd time on an auto refill and 1x on a regular regular. 2x I have had to go to another location because I was mislead about the rx even bn in stock to fill. One lady pharmacist got an attitude with me for being upset about it. And she is the same lady who told me it was stock and would be ready. This location is driving me nuts. I am not sure if I should just change locations or pharmacies in general.

Every time I have a prescription, I have to either call or go up there to see what its taking so long to fill it.. then all of a sudden they can fill it in a few minutes. Then I'll finally get the text saying "your prescription is ready".. yeah because I just picked it up!! Once I wanted to see how long before I got notification that it was ready, and it took over a week. So basically if I don't get upset, they will never will my prescriptions. Horrible service!

E Coupons are always misleading. After you apply any coupon of theirs to items, it's the regular price of that same item at any local competitor. My last time shopping at CVS.
