I do family newsletters [usually booklets from 80-150 pages]; and many promotional items for my family. Nan does an excellent job for me. I always give her enough time to get my jobs done; and she is very courteous to me and other people when I am around. My job is always done correctly when I give it to her. I spend thousands of dollars each year at this location, which is near my home. I haven't dealt too much with the other personnel. I am satisfied. My family is always satisfied with the quality she produces. It makes me look good in my family's eyes.

Horrible service Nonchalant workers Orders not ready when promised. Stayed pass closer to get product after making two trips. I am so disappointed in the management. This was a great store years ago.

I used to go to this place all the time because I live in the community and I believe in patronizing businesses in my community up until Friday, October 6 2017. I went to get print outs and the employee that works at printing station was very rude, condescending, unprofessional, and has a nasty attitude. The employee name is Deleana. She even told me my son and I have been there too long and made nasty remarks for us to leave. I wasn't sure what was going on with her and I chose not to indulge with her rude behavior until my son asked me in the car why was she being mean to us and him when he asked her for a pencil. She literally chastised him like an adult bully just to get the pencil. I called the store manager on her and will be making my complaint next with corporate. This type of service was very disappointing. I will not shop here again and I will also spread the word to my other high profile friends as well.

I was told they could install an internal hard drive in my PS4 after purchase this past Monday. Then I went back there over the weekend and was told they gave me false information. The same exact guy admitted to giving the false information to me today. One of the assistant managers was rude and just laughed at me saying "we don't do that". Get your facts straight before you sell me something. Also, don't laugh at your customers!

I have been a customer for several years...but today I will no longer be. I understand that print jobs may be time consuming but, train your staff!! I waited over 30 minutes for 12 color copies that I emailed at 7 AM. Not only did I wait patiently but, I young lady that eventually waited on me took another customer before me because his order was black and white. I'm still standing here while she plays at the register.... One customer lost!!
