Customer service is horrible. They are Breaking in to the storage unit. And the cameras doesn't work of course where they are Breaking in at. Very sad..

I transferred from Chicago to St. Louis for General Motors in May 2022 and December 2022 I went to get a home so my main priority was the down payment of my home so I paid the public storage fee two weeks late and then Christmas week comes and I drove an hour to the storage unit to get my stuff to bring to my new home and the hell lock on my Storage unit still they called the district manager the regional manager no one could come and get the lock off so now it’s Saturday the day before Christmas and I’m waiting to see if I can even get my stuff out of storage I’m gonna be without dishes I’m gonna be out without furniture. I’m gonna be without a TV on Christmas because they decided to not help me.

Wow! At a time when we feel customer service has gone to the wasteside we find ourselves being wowed! People complain but never give kudos! Megan at the 1795 NHwy 67 location in Florissant, Missouri was not only kind, she was paienand assisted with making sure I had the correct size space after I was booked for a space that was too small. Thank you Megan and Public Storage!

When I moved to St. Louis I received wonderful service from the young women who rented me my unit. She was super nice and considering it took me and my sons almost a whole night in the heat to unload she was very understanding. Thank you so much.

Will raise your rent 50 dollars in the winter (so it’s freezing outside and hard to clean out your unit). Would not recommend at all.

I came in and rented on Sunday and the property manger Megan was so nice and she made sure my stuff would fit and that I was all set up and ready to move in...Also the property was nice and clean as well as the office..I would defentily recommend this location to anyone.
