This store is absolutely amazing! Every time I come in here I get immaculate service. The employees are always so happy and friendly. De’Anna is the best Retail Associate Manager in the city. Every time I come in she helps me out and I’m pleased with the service I receive here.

Went in to t-mobile today with my mom, jesse with the locks helped my mom today and was very nice and has good communication about his job the WHOLE staff is very is amazing great vibe

Why are you open if there’s no manager on duty so there are things you can’t do? Just dumb. I came to return an internet router because TMobile home internet is horrible, and I was greeted with “sorry we can’t return it because there’s no manager here.” What business opens without a manager on site if there are things only a manager can do? Do better.

They charge you $5 to pay your bill in the store. If you only pay cash you are screwed!!! How can you charge to pay my bill?? Beyond me people. Big Smile.

Went in to add a line, and the girl there didn't give me any options. First she pulled up another person's account and told me my bill was past due. Then she just grabbed a phone and case and expected me to use whatever she wanted. Had to tell her to get me another case, instead of the one she wanted me to have. Didn't explain my new bill or anything. Had wrote a better review before about service I experienced years ago and went from a 5 star review to 1 star. Next time I'll order online or over the phone. Been with tmobile since 2002 and this was the worst member I've dealt with. Please do better.

Great friendly service but there were no tablets available and to order it for delivery cost more than online. Good for service, not for products.
