Terrible experience, we arrived at 10:30 am. And there was no one to unload and we had to make several calls until they told us that they would send someone to unload us, he arrived almost 1 hour and 30 minutes later and very angry with a very bad attitude he attended to us. Clearly, he doesn't want or like his job. His name is Andy. ANDY changes jobs, if you want to work.

I had to move some things around on a reservation. Andy helped me and made the the whole situation extra easy and painless. The customer service was exceptional and I'd highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage or a moving truck.
