The most ridiculous bank experience I've ever had . Take your money somewhere else. Unless you like unnecessary holds and chinsey service.. it's like dealing with the government.. so bring a bottle of lube and a good attitude because you'll need it here

The employees are nice and professional, but this branch has got to increase their staff. The drive thru lines are always long and the line inside is always long. There’s one person working the drive thru with about 15 cars, and one two people helping the line of 15 inside the bank. I mean, nobody likes going to the bank, but having more people to help would be a step in the right direction.

We have been waiting in line in the drive through for 40 minutes and only 3 customers have been taken care of. There are about 20 people in line who will probably be here for over 2 hours. Terrible service. My husband will be switching banks completely to my bank. FCB. I highly recommend.

I was waiting in line for about 39 minutes and no one was ever getting served, so I decided to go in and the teller was on the computer but not helping the cars in drive thru and kept looking back at the time. The other bankers was just sitting at their computers doing nothing not even trying to help. The only person at this bank that actually do her job is Brenda. The manager sits in her office pretending to be doing something every time I come in and ask to speak to her.

This is the slowest us bank in st louis, I waited 45 minutes today at this location with only 2 cars in front of me, then no one spoke to me saying neither hi or bye, my transaction was sent to me without anybody ever saying a word to me and I know the intercom/speaker works cause the car in front of me had a conversation with the teller, now that's just poor customer service I won't be back, will go to another location, not that this location cares anyway

This location sucks!! And The drive thru teller was very rude and disrespectful to me today .. I promise I will never return to this bank after what happened to me today!! From now on, i will be passing up this location to go to another one.

Since covid they don’t care how long you wait. Tuesday visit:They don’t complete transactions. Total-deposit-cash back written on deposit slip, cashier could not understand. After a 45 min wait one time they still did not give me a deposit receipt. The drive through speakers makes it impossible to hear attendant/cashier. They did not answer phone, to clarify. I do have to give credit where credit is due, when ever Brenda waits on me or I see her wait on other she works very hard, she must keep things running. All other service is slow.

Not sure why this bank has so few stars. It's my go-to bank in the area. Yes, drive thru lines are long, but that's at every bank rt now. Everyone is so friendly. The drive thru lady even put a little smiley face on my receipt, lol. :D

Waited over 45 minutes to have a new card printed due to fraudulent activity. I spoke with the 800 number they reccomended going into a branch for a replacement. After waiting around the 30 minute mark they tried to insist I make an appointment and come back the following day. I'm changing banks.
