“My daughter had to bring her cat into the office on an emergency. They took her back, no questions asked. Unfortunately, they were not able to save her. ?.
The take away is the compassion that every single one in the office displayed. My daughter was devastated and they gave her all the time she needed to say goodbye. This cat was the best. You think the way she followed my daughter around and waited while she was in the bathroom, that she was a dog. Our hearts are broken.

“We have gone to Cross Keys since our dog was a new puppy, and she is 18 now! We drive from CWE to see them! They saved us a lot of money one time when we went camping and she got covered in tics. Because we wanted to address it immediately but it was Sunday, we went to Banfield who advised us they charge $20 per tic to pick them off. It would have cost us hundreds and we were young and broke back then. I would have done it but first I decided to call Cross Keys, they said just get an over the counter flee collar and they will drop off really quickly on their own, and it worked great and really quickly for $15! Now in her old age they are helping us make sure she stayed healthy and feels comfortable, with what feels like a really honest feedback on what she needs and what matters, vs things they probably could make a buck on but is a natural part of aging and better off left alone at her age. I really appreciate them and have always felt they know what they are talking about so well, and care first and foremost about taking the best care possible of our pup.”
