Inaccurate. Period. Constantly botched prescription amounts. 90 days doesn't mean 90 count, just a heads up. Also, you were my pharmacy, my access to the blood thinners I need, I have been taking them for over a year now.. how come all of a sudden you say my Dr. Needs to up the refills? Which I understand, but how come I wasn't warned of this before I ran out? For the last year my labels have said x number of refills left, which have expired, & I never had to wait for the Dr.s new orders. How come when I ask your staff member how to avoid this in the future, they replied in a child like manner, " Well, when the number on the bottle gets lower, you should know." They choose intenentially to not be helpful, but rather be condescending. You will no longer get my business.

I have sent this complaint to the Missouri Board of Pharmacy and to Walgreens corporate:On Thursday, March 9th, I went to the Walgreens Pharmacy at 1705 Shackelford, Florissant, MO 63031 (unfortunately I was unable to get the names of the Pharmacist or Pharmacy Techs) to get my meds (see below for Rx info) that I get every month on the 9th, and was told that I couldn't have one because it was too early. When I objected, the way that I was treated by the employees was completely unacceptable. I was accosted by the Pharmacist and both Techs, and called a racial slur by the Pharmacist herself, which triggered an episode where I blacked out and lost control. I have SEVERE anxiety, stress, and rage management issues, as well as borderline personality disorder, and these three girls were rude and disrespectful, and immediately escalated the situation. I cannot have that happen again, and the best way to insure that is to not put myself in that situation where they can do that to me again, so I have transferred my Rxs to CVS Pharmacy, where they actually know AND practice customer service skills. I was able to have two of them transferred, but they are basically holding my meds hostage, they won't transfer it, and won't let me or someone in my family pick up the Rx that the Dr. called in. Also, something needs to be done about the racial comment which was "You can leave now white boy". First of all, it is absolutely disgusting that I have to deal with people in charge of my healthcare and wellbeing that are open bigots, this is 2023, can we finally get past the whole race thing please? Second, I'm not even white, I am PROUD Blackfoot and Cherokee Native American, which the Pharmacist extra ignorant. They also canceled my Rxs, which is beyond uncalled for, so if I have any difficulties or episodes because I have to go through all the hoops of transferring my Rxs to CVS, I WILL BE CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY. I am cutting all ties with the Walgreens company, because I will not do business with a company that allows its employees to treat customers, no, patients the way that they do.

Slowest pharmacy ever. I went to pick up a prescription and tried to use drive thru since I had my dogs in the car as we were going out of town. Drive thru was inexplicably closed. I go inside to do the pick up. There were only 2 customers ahead of me yet I waited 20 minutes. There were 4 people behind the counter yet only one person helping people pick up prescriptions and she was on ultra slow mode. Not a single person could step up and help manage the line that had now grown. It's pathetic that this is the "go-to" location since the Lindbergh/Washington location was flooded. It's obvious they can't/don't want to handle the extra load. It's time to move to Debbie's Pharmacy.

Was waiting in line for a script and they closed the window with 2 cars in front of me and two cars behind me. We were all there prior to closing.

I scheduled a hep A vaccine online, then called ahead to confirm my appointment just to be safe. I go in for my vaccine and did not have to wait long. When it was my turn I told the pharmacist I was there for my vaccine and she told me that they aren't offering vaccines for the next week and a half. She was very kind and helpful and directed me to another Walgreens that was doing vaccines. The issue at hand is that I called ahead to confirm a VACCINE appointment and was not informed that they weren't offering any currently. I need this vaccine for work. I wasted 3 days of time that I could've gotten the vaccine elsewhere. There should not be an option to book an appointment if they aren't providing vaccines. This was the only Walgreens within 30 minutes of my home that I could rely on and the last few times I've gone it has been extremely disappointing.

Worse pharmacy I have ever associated with.

This is the slowest Walgreens I have ever been to. The staff in the pharmacy is always arguing in front of customers. Today it was about not switching shifts with each other and that they didn’t want to do all the “side” work. They act like they don’t care and most of the time are not friendly to the customers. The only reason I come here is because they are close. They need a major overhaul. Maybe they can’t find workers and I get that but it’s called kindness and customer service. Just say “thanks for waiting” or “we appreciate your patience”. Just a few kind words goes far.

they just randomly close out valid prescriptions that have refills and the initials that correspond with the closings does not exist. They have no explanation and can do nothing. plus the managers on duty, what a joke. Now the district manager is involved as this is fraudulent activity on people's prescriptions.

Whenever I come to pick up my prescription from the drive through there always seems to be a problem. Whether it's this one particular unfriendly, cold associate who actually told me "....k well I kind of need your name" when I told her I was there to pick up my prescription the very first time I came to pick it up, to the absolutely ridiculous wait time. I am currently sitting in the line and have been waiting around 10 minutes, give or take a minute or 2. There are 6 cars behind me waiting. I understand that covid has changed everything in this world, but this Walgreens seems to be having a hard time adjusting.

I am seriously considering trying a different location, as the customer service at the pharmacy at this location has been continually going downhill. And that's a shame because I have been coming here for 27 years!
