“I've lost count of the number of times Tom has provided a tow or fixed one of our vehicles on short notice.Most recently, after AAA left us stranded for hours, I called Tom and he was on the road immediately. When he arrived, he had the vehicle hooked up and ready to go in a matter of minutes.Tom is the most knowledgeable, hardest working mechanic I know. Beyond that, he is a good man -- honest and trustworthy to a fault.”

“Jackson Automotive was awesome to deal with. We hit a deer on the highway late on a Sunday night and they were quick to respond and genuinely there to help. The owner/operator was familiar with towing Tesla's and had everything needed (not usually the case). He waited for our ride to show up before taking the car to the shop.

“He went above and beyond for me. I called needing a tow my car wouldn't start. When he showed up before putting me all the way in the truck he went out of his way to test some things. Was able to start my car with a jump and suggest I just need a battery. He followed me to the nearest auto parts store. Helped me make sure I was getting the right battery and even installed it for me and handled the dead battery for me. Through this whole process went above and beyond definitely 10/10 would recommend. PS: it's family owned him and his wife always love supporting local businesses.”
