I've only been here 3.5 months, but, this is by far the best company I've run for since obtaining my cdl in 2018, besides my own. They bring you in to service the equipment every 30 days. They keep you running. They get you home on your requested time( just be considerate and request at least 2 weeks in advance). Office staff are very helpful in whatever problem that may arise, big or small. Emergency roadside is prompt when getting anything fixed if that was to happen while on a load. Just a great experience overall. Planning to be here for a while.

USXL is a great company. The company will mostly keep you going on the road. They are very polite people, and understanding their driver need to go home, get the rest of your stuff, go home, and have a family and issue. I have my preference of what I like my truck to do on the highway. Their truck are newer 23-24 Freightliner. Kyle is a good guy, so if you ever meet him, he is always smiling.

Very professional kind drivers, Mr Payne was very polite and even held a door open for me at the truck stop. Very nice looking equipment. Keep up the good work, it’s nice to see a company that keeps up with there trucks and employees great drivers.

Tell driver with trailer 2817 driving on I-35 at the time this review is being posted to pick a speed and maintain it. Choosing your speed based on whether or not people are trying to pass you impedes traffic. You're a grown man. Do better.

I've been with the company almost a year now. First, there is NO perfect company. With that being said, USXL is as close to perfect as you can get. Here are a few highlights.
1. Miles: They have them! All the miles you can handle.
2. Loads: I've never waited more then an hour for my next load.
3. Dispatch: Attentive, prompt, short, sweet, and to the point. Very little to no micromanaging.
4. Equipment : To notch. Very well maintained, and very well equipped. (Heated and cooled driver seat, refrigerator /freezer, EPU, inverter, under bunk fold out table and seats ect...)
5. Maintenance personnel: Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Very easy to deal with.
6. Front office personnel: Well... They're like the Wizard of OZ. You don't hear from them often, but if you seek them out you'll find them with no problem. Good crew though. Easy to deal with, and only a phone call away.
7. Home time: Not 1 time have I been late getting home. With enough notice, you're home the morning of or the afternoon before. When you're scheduled to come back to work, there's no waiting. When you're ready to roll, there will be a load.
With all that being said, they've been pretty good to me so far.
S/N: This is not a ding against the company at all, but just a thought. It would be nice if drivers could grab a shower, or do a load of laundry while the shop is working on the trucks. Also, as we all know finding parking around the St. Louis area after about 1500 isn't easy. So being able to shut down in the yard is great. However, after 1700 the building is locked up tight. No access to a restroom. Even a port-a-potty would be a huge help.
Anyways, there's my two cents. Stay safe drivers.

They’ll make it seem like a good company but they’ll play you out of your last check rather you quit the right way or not and don’t believe what they’re so called recruiter says they’ll lie to you first time actually leaving a bad review on a trucking job

Couldn't have found a better company to drive for if I wanted to. Truly enjoy working here. From office staff, shop staff, to drivers, everyone is friendly and helpful. All the miles you could want. (Legally) Good equipment, good pay, and good values.
