Great place...Jamie is the owner and he gave me great information and saved me 200.00 dollars when he could have charge me but instead told me its not worth it as my computer was to old. Thats what we need more places like that, were we can know we arnt being taken advantage of for a quick dollar. Thanks Mouse pad !!

I took my computer to The Mouse Pad because it was running very slow. Jamie took care of that problem by installing a solid state drive and increased my memory. I Play online games and when he got done with the upgrades the lag was gone and my system runs 100 times faster. I would most definitive;y recommend his shop for your computer needs.

well got my computer back and I'm very happy with the service when I spilled water on it and burned up the hard drive did not have to pay much for a new hard drive and the service and everything is going good so far I do recommend this place Aaron is a very young person but very professional and is going to make it well in that job so I do highly recommend a four and half to 5 star... Hats off to the mousepad. Especially to Aaron Johnson. Aaron and I had a few issues at first but he worked really hard to resolve those. I needed a specific laptop which would have features i needed to accomplish various tasks. Aaron put together one with all the bells and whistles which made life much easier for me. I am very happy with what i ended up with. Thank you, Aaron, for bending over backwards to get me the right piece of equipment.

I took my computer in for repair and paid over $600 for new parts. I was given back an old computer. I'm not an expert, but I can only see one new part. I had to ask to get my computer back. I have had this other computer a couple of weeks and am experiencing constant crashes and all kinds of BSOD errors. I don't like giving bad reviews but after paying as much as I did, it would have been nice to have a computer that actually works.

Oh my goodness! I had a problem with my office system that needed fixed right away. Aaron quickly appeared, worked his magic, and it was fixed in no time! He was personable, friendly, and explained what he was doing in a way that I could understand! I'm so pleasantly pleased at the outcome today. I was afraid it might cost a fortune to have it repaired, or that I might lose my data. It was worth way more than I paid, and I didn't lose a single thing! I'm happy.
