“Associates are always so friendly and helpful no matter how busy and short staffed they are. I do believe that this company spreads their staff thin because the Associates make sure customers are happy and that's unfair to them. If the staff here can/do go above and beyond for their customers while continuing to work long hours and several days straight, then this company needs to stand up take notice at what can be accomplished by simply running on a fully staffed business and how beneficial this would be to everyone involved. Regardless, I recommend other consumers that shop here to enjoy the opportunity to experience some good old fashion customer service from very hard working individuals. Oh, and just make sure you pay attention to the price of some common items that really are priced unreasonably high. Not all things there ones that will make your jaw drop & make you wonder why.”

The pharmacist was so kind to deal with insurance, get an approval for early refill, and did so with a smile within an hour. AND! It was a holiday weekend on Saturday. The customers who I always visit with agree that Walgreens and CVS operate like the government. They have all the clout and know that whether you have good customer service or not, there's still, effectively, only one of two places you can go. So the customers have no recourse... except these surveys.”
