Took my Silverado for a set of tires, price was good, they had it done in good time and back to me the same day. Guys were really nice and helpful. No issues and good communication from them. Seems like they’ve changed some things and it’s working!

I ordered the wrong A/C compressor (my bad)
If you look down at it, it's very obvious it was not the right compressor, and whoever installed it wasn't paying any attention. Belt is halfway off the pulley and it's obvious the compressor was recessed more than normal. So a simple $360 bill turned into a $570...not an extra $210, but $930 in total.
Because who needs quality control???
But they aren't charging me for an A/C recharge (they already did that) and are taking an hour off labor (because that hour involved the A/C recharge. Legit just shrugged and charged me more for something they should have noticed or at least checked for fitment. I do my own vehicle work unless it involves EPA crap.
I use to go here for the little things, but the one time I needed some actual work done they failed miserably and I'm paying for it.

I dropped my truck off fix a problem. When they called me back to let me know what the problem was and the cost they told me they a lso would repair my broken door handle. I said no, all I could afford was the important repair at this time. I picked up my truck, paid and left. Come to find out they also fixed and charged for the door handle I specifically said no to repairing. I ended up driving 30 minutes to go back and get my money back. Yes they gave my money back but it should never have happened in the first place. Makes me believe they ignored my request to not fix it and did it anyway hoping I wouldn't care. I will never trust them or go back again.

YOUNG DRIVERS! We are in our early 20’s and have trusted in taking our business here for 4 years.
A few months ago, my wife’s truck needed an inspection in order to get her tags renewed, so I brought it here for an inspection. The verdict: a ball joint needed replacement in order to pass. We hadn’t gotten around to fixing it until now, but before we did, we had it inspected once more. By now, a serious truth was uncovered as the verdict this time was entirely different. There was no mention of a ball joint going bad but instead a minor brake fluid leak, which I can confirm is true. However, the inspector brought something else up that prevented us from passing—a missing catalytic converter. A few years ago, these cats were stolen off of my wife’s truck, so we purchased straight pipes to replace them. The truck has passed multiple inspections here since then. These facts lead me to believe The Tire Crew pulls problems out of thin air in order to create business for the shop by taking advantage of young people’s ignorance. I am a meek, humble, gentleman who will always give people the benefit of the doubt. However, when I uncovered this truth today, I realized I would no longer be supporting this business until there was a change.
Over the years spent doing business here, my wife & I had multiple encounters where we felt like we’d been approached in such a condescending way. I read these great reviews about how the owner, Don, has the utmost respect for God & veterans, but I also see the way his shop is ran. This certainly does not include respect for all of their valued customers. The ones of whom they can prey upon their ignorance will receive a most sinister treatment.
In addition, I called ahead to make sure the shop was available to perform the inspection. They were ready for me, so I left my home to drive up there, having been assured that my trip would be worthwhile. After entering the office, I was told the inspector would be back after his lunch break. Shouldn’t I have been told this information at the moment I called to ask? The words I was given were along the lines of “yes, come on in.” Because of this negligence, I was required to wait almost a full hour longer than the office had led me to believe. At this point, I felt entirely disrespected, but especially after pulling into the bay where the inspection didn’t truly begin until after I had to sit there, patiently waiting for 15 minutes. The inspector finally started, but during the procedure, he cursed my wife’s truck by stating his hatred for Ford, a brand so-loved by the masses, including my sweet wife who I had in mind. My feelings aren’t hurt, but with all of these offenses in mind, this shop has lost my respect & potential future business dealings.
After pulling out of the bay, I immediately scheduled an appointment for the following hour at a different auto shop. The booking was speedy, the office was so polite & mutually respectful, and they got me in & out within 15 minutes of walking in (& I showed up early). Not to mention… I PASSED this exam with flying colors! So, I hope this review helps other young folks out there determine who to do business with when it comes auto repairs/vehicle maintenance & avoid falling into any traps. It helps to have an awareness of when you feel like you may be getting taken advantage of so something can be done about it.
To the Tire Crew, “For you will be treated as you treat others. The standard you use in judging is the standard by which you will be judged.” When I saw the man sitting in a chair with a concerned look on his face, he appeared to be deciding if & how he might be able to get away with taking advantage of me, which he started by testing my patience as he sat on the phone, looking busier in his current affairs while in my line of sight, maybe to see if I’d drive away. These are the thoughts you have allowed your valued customer to feel. Please learn to put the guest first & c

Don is one of the most honest mechanics you'll ever find. Several more excellent mechanics including his son. I've purchased tires, he's done my brakes, he's replaced the whole rear end differential, axles, wheels, everything all in one unit, made it good as new. I will never go anywhere else.
Also, a good Christian man and runs his business that way too.
