I am not one to complain BUT, this post office has been a nightmare delivering mail! Two months in a row I have mailed a very important piece of mail and the 1st time it took over 2 weeks to arrive! ( which was a local delivery) Then this last time, it hasn't even arrived as of yet & it's been 17 days!!!!! I mailed it at the mailbox outside in front of the post office in Forsyth and it was to go to Kissee Mills a few miles away ! I am sooooo disappointed with this mail service and quite frankly hesitate to mail anything from this location! Just unbelievable! I give 1 Star for this mail service!

This is not an attack on all USPO. This is dire ted at the Forsyth, MO. Post office. They are some of the most rude, snobby and vindictive people I have delt with. They are shady and hateful. I wish the Inspectors or Masters would start over with new professional employees. The carriers are bunch of trashy contracted people as well.

We have the worst time getting mail and packages with this post office I will have mail I’ve never received and then 2 weeks later my neighbor finally brings it over and says it was put in her mailbox. Around Christmas I had packages that said was delivered to mailbox that I never received. I have informed delivery where they now let me know when my mail is delivered and they can’t even get that right, this past Saturday they said they delivered a piece of mail which was very important however it wasn’t there and I have yet to get it. I’ve never seen such bad service as I have with Forsyth post office.

Honesty they are liars. I haven’t received my package at all, and they mark it down as delivered to my address. Someone in that office is keeping someone’s mail or doing their job wrong and delivering it to different addresses. They can’t even tell me where my package got delivered too!!! Lmao what a joke. Feds need to investigate this post office cause wow. I have never dealt with such sociopaths.

They returned a package because they said the P.O. Box number was obscured. It was obscured by the sticker they put on themselves. Incompetence on full display.

I called and spoke with Carla, most disrespectful and unpolite postal worker. I have come across at this location.
I have never had a problem in the past with previous workers they have always been amazing and provide great customer service! But the most disrespectful person that works there is CARLA!

I call my local office and can never get past the automated system. I've tried several times to get a live person on the phone and failed because their options don't have what I need to get to the right agent.

The post office in Forsyth Missouri is the worst I have ever dealt with. I wish Amazon would not ship through the post office. Absolute worst service. I would rather pay more to FedEx or UPS, they deliver on time!!!!!!!!

USPS is trash. Forced to put a box on Shadowrock if we want one or we have to pay to have a PO Box. It'll remain 1 star until they stop raising postal rates while refusing to actually service areas.

This is a great little post office! The postmaster seems like a great guy and the crew have been professional every time I’ve visited. Not to mention the prices are always cheaper than the competition.

I think it’s sad that my elderly, ill health parents have begged the county to move their box across the highway at home so they do not have to risk their life every single time they have to check mail. They have to play frogger in crazy, inconsiderate, high speed drivers and I believe one day the post office will have a lawsuit on their hands after an unnecessary death due to always telling elders it’s not convenient for delivery driver’s to relocate

I have called 5 times. The mailman leaves my mail,but doesn't shut my mailbox. I mean it's not rocket science. I've had packages and they still leave it open.post master always says oh oh I'll fix this
