“Friendly employees. Quick service. If it weren't for the number of people in line waiting for service, my visit would have been a lot quicker, but that's life.”

“So today I sent 7 boxes to the UK, and one box to Philly. There was a lot of paperwork and it took us a couple of hours, but we have a bonafide hero that works there. Jeremy was so helpful and patient, despite numerous rude and impatient customers (not us). We were amazed at his patience and professionalism. This man deserves a local service medal of some sort (@The Mayor of Roberts take note). We so appreciated your help Jeremy, and wish you lovely customers from this point forward. Ps, his boss didn't help him / us despite there being 8 people waiting, and was happy to instruct him to finish a load more work after the shop closed. Thanks Jeremy, nice one mate.”

“Great staff, convenient location, never an issue. Most of the negative reviews posted here are complaints from adults who don't know how to take responsibility for their own mail and life planning.”
