“So today I sent 7 boxes to the UK, and one box to Philly. There was a lot of paperwork and it took us a couple of hours, but we have a bonafide hero that works there. Jeremy was so helpful and patient, despite numerous rude and impatient customers (not us). We were amazed at his patience and professionalism. This man deserves a local service medal of some sort (@The Mayor of Roberts take note). We so appreciated your help Jeremy, and wish you lovely customers from this point forward. Ps, his boss didn't help him / us despite there being 8 people waiting, and was happy to instruct him to finish a load more work after the shop closed. Thanks Jeremy, nice one mate.”
