They sent me a standard device when I needed one with the camera and I told the lady that that ordered it and it was on a recorded line and now I got to go back and pay more money out my pocket just because they sent me the wrong device and I got to pay for it to get taken out for a new one one with the camera to get put back in

Was timely installed and instructions where clear but the device seems to shut off when you first try. It says try harder next time.
I have to hit the button to turn it back on.
It clears and if not done right it shuts down again.
So aggravating.
