My package showed delivered in my mail box. It was not. They told me to call Harrisonville, why would i call there if it was shown delivered in Freeman? The carrier obviously delivered to the wrong address. I just lost money for a package delivered to someone else??

The woman who works behind the counter is the most disrespectful unhappy woman I have ever encountered. If you hate your extremely laid back/easy job that much, I’m not sure what would suit you better. Horrible horrible horrible service. I shouldn’t feel like I’m bothering her when I’m literally just asking for my parcel. Next, please.

Very unhappy with service inside the Post Office. Decided to use another Post office, where the people are respectful, friendly and eager to help.

I would give a half a star if I could. The service is not as it used to be. I felt like my business wasn't wanted/appreciated.

They have shorter hours than normal post office. Close at 4:30 on weekdays and 10:30 on Sat.
