No consideration of any other facility when I’m in need of repairs on my vehicles. It’s obvious that efforts are made to meet the customers requirements for a showroom condition repair. We judge the condition of our cars visually and leave the structural elements to the pros! When you make the effort to make the visual as good as you do….there is an implication that the structural needs were given the same treatment. “I purchased a wheel hub from here. The price was only about $5 bucks more from the big box stores.Mistakenly, I recieved my part as a 2 wheel drive when I needed 4 wheel drive. Come Saturday, my truck is jacked up and tore apart when I discover this unfortunate situation.I called Fisher's at 5 minutes till close and informed them of my situation. Not only did they take my call, but since I was close, they delivered a new part to me with the proper paperwork at no extra charge!David was nothing but professional and made sure to keep me from being stranded in my own driveway.I guarantee the box stores would not be able to match the service; even if the people behind the counter want too.$5 more for a part was more than I thought I could ever ask for in service!”

I was treated well and respectfully by Eric and Axle from the time I entered the store until I left. Never did I feel like a mechanical idiot.
My purchase was an oxygen sensor that required a special tool to install (they had a loaner tool). Unfortunately,
I could not get the old sensor removed after several hours of trying.
The sensor and tool were returned for a full credit 3 days later without question or hesitation.
Great service, great store, great employees. Nice seeing people wanting to help someone in need. I could not have been treated better.”
