I had a terrible experience here yesterday. What I assume was the manager was barking at the staff and was curt with me, making me feel rushed to make my decision. I would’ve purchased more if I hadn’t felt pressured to make my selection quickly. I love the chocolates but will not go there again if that employee is there.

I worked at Bissinger's many years ago at the Galleria in Edina, MN. It was a beautiful little store and the chocolates were amazing. Bissinger's closed that store and several others. Since then, they have reduced their selection and quantity and raised their prices significantly. Actually, more than significantly. This is the first year we have not been able to afford to buy their chocolates. Yes, they offer a discount on occasion but you must spend over $99 to qualify for the discount and then there's shipping. This is not the chocolatier it used to be. They used to be so customer service oriented.

Love at first bite! Karl Bissinger's Chocolate Covered Raspberries are to die for. They only offer them in July, but they are SO worth the wait. Go and get yourself some right now!!! Not July? Don't worry! They have plenty of other delicious treats to ease your sweet tooth cravings. I love their Milk Chocolate Bear Claws and you can't go wrong with any of their Chocolate Truffles.

Good chocolates but very expensive, years ago, used to buy them years ago but the price is just too expensive. Guess I have to stick with candy such as Russell stovers or Malley's

For those who have always looked froward to July for Bissinger's chocolate covered fresh raspberries, there is great disappointment, If you haven't had them more recently, they have changed, but not for the better. The raspberries don't seem to be the fresh ones that were flown in. There is a lot more fondant in a bigger piece of chocolate. The chocolate is not of the same quality. There is a strong after taste of parafin. This is not the quality that Bissingers was known for, before this buy out by Chocolate, Chocolate. Truly sad to see a once proud brans known for quality product reduced to this.

The praline pecan chocolate balls is one of my all-time favorites. Also to mention the bear claws which are absolutely divine. My Family and friends look forward to these cherished chocolates as "special occasion" gifts. THANK YOU BISSINGER'S, JUANITA BETH MORGAN

Yummy! Willy Wonka would give them a thumbs up. I have never been disappointed with my chocolates or service that I have received from Bissinger's. It is always top notch. Bissinger's is one of my go to places when I need a gift for that person who already has everything or is just hard to buy for. A box of truffles, salted caramels, or a variety box of many sizes can put a smile on anyones face. When I'm picking up a gift, I always have to treat myself as well. My favorites are salted caramels and a non chocolate candy - Ultimate Malted Milk Ball. My most recent visit, I got a small bag of the Ultimate. I ate most of them, before I thought to take a picture. They are so crunchy and delicious. The staff is friendly and they make your shopping experience fun.

BEWARE Don't give this company your credit card information! I purchased Bissinger's chocolate for my family a few days ago and the company used a different person's name and address to process my credit card. They refused to resolve the issue. Then, I asked the Bissinger's why the credit card charge even went through when it had the completely wrong name and address and they man on the phone said "that happens all the time, ha ha". Then, I asked to cancel my order because I was appalled at the incompetence, lack of care for customers, and I no longer trusted this company and he said he wouldn't cancel the order or refund my money. These are unethical business practices. I cannot believe a company that relies primarily online sales doesn't care about their customers' credit data security and privacy. The new ownership has really gone down hill. I will never make another purchase from this company again.

I'm not a huge fan of dark or milk chocolate, but WOW! Honestly, I usually pass on anything chocolate, but I gave them a try because, hello, it's spooky season, and boy am I glad I did! order: * pumpkin shaped chocolate with peanut butter inside * dia de los muertos chocolate covered cookies * 1/4 of jellybeans It was my first time there and I had all of these questions, but turns out it was the guy's 2nd week working and couldn't answer most of them but he was super friendly! I believe Sarah? is the manager and she was super helpful and very friendly! An overall great experience! There were about 5 people working on a Thursday and I could feel some really good energy coming from the place even though it was a store that's a little bigger than those mall kiosks you see in the middle of malls. You won't be disappointed, but your wallet will unfortunately feel a whole lot lighter than when you first walk up. I'd say it's worth it!
