“Shelia is the best thing that has happened to this apartment complex. While I am not happy with some of the policies (we can’t even have hanging flowers on our patio/balcony/they won’t replace damaged disgusting carpet if you have already moved in, etc.) or the state of my home when I moved in, I do like living here. Sheila takes care of everything properly when she turns over an apartment and they look amazing prior to new tenants moving in. She makes sure they are painted and flooring replaced if needed- unlike when I moved in and am now stuck with gross carpet & years of another families dirt. I just wish she would have been the manager when I was rushed into taking my apartment as is & then finding a lot wrong after moving in. I went years with water damage and a floor that you could see through until Sheila came and had it fixed. My mother moved here and her apartment is beautiful!”
