Anthony help me with my incoming calls tonight February 24, 2024He was very helpful and friendly. He really made my day, I haven't actually smiled as hard as I did in quite some time when he resolved my problem. Went to purchase a new phone today. I was quickly assisted. I was able trade in my old phone for a newer, better model. I was also able to purchase a protective case, extra charger, and charging port. Thank you Anthony for the great customer service.

I ordered a red I-phone 14 on 11/28/2023. I realized only 2 hours later that I was suppose to order a i-phone 14 pro. I went back into the Fulton office and talked to the manager Bradley that I had made a mistake and should have ordered a 14 pro. He said that it wasn't a problem that he could do a exchange for me but that we'd have to wait until the Red 14 came in before we could order the Gold 14 Pro. So that's what we did. When the second replacement phone arrived on December 4, 2023, I went back into the office to do the paper work on the phone exchange. Bradley was not working that day so another employee of the store did the exchange for me. He however did not understand what needed to be done to return the Red 14 phone back to AT&T so he called Bradley. Bradley said for him to put the phone back in the office and they would send it back in the morning. Flash forward to December 11, 2023 and I get a text message form AT&T that they have not received my phone back yet on the exchange. I called AT&T customer service and they have told me to go back to the store and get the tracking number of where the store mailed the phone to AT&T. So I went back to the store and now there is a new manager there. He was very unprofessional and would not pay attention to what I was telling him. He kept looking at this phone and not even trying to help me at all. He was the rudest person that I have ever dealt with. So today is 1-30-2024 and I get another text from At&T that they still have not received my phone and they are going to charge my account $709.71 for a phone that I do not even have and was suppose to be mailed back to AT&T. So if they didn't mail my phone back, Where is it at? This is unacceptable and no way to treat your customers. I hope the owner of this AT&T store reads this review and contacts his store manager and finds out what is going on with this. I should not have to pay $709.71 for a phone his staff said they were going to return and didn't do it. This is the first time I have ever written a bad review on any business. Melody Krampe

I went into the store with a issue with my bill ( way over the quoted price) I was meet with smiling faces and two gentleman who was very eager to assist me with the issue I was having within 20 minutes they had my issue resolved. These two guys Anthony and Raymond are awesome at what they do and the actually care about taking care of their customers

The sales people there were extremely friendly but when I went in there to close a line and make my bill cheaper they somehow talked me into opening 2 more lines and said it would lower my bill. Of course that was not the case and my bill went up over $100. Was able to call 411 and resolve this but do not suggest going to this location

I think it was Andrew who 'helped' me, but he was awful. Set me up on the wrong plan, fell asleep while I was handling a temporary unfreeze on my account which took about 10-15 mins. He asked if I was the kind of girl who had an airtag on my boyfriends car. Saw my earrings and asked how many other piercings I have. So happy I went to Columbia to fix my account because he didn't even have my email on it or any way to pay. As I left he said "you'll probably be back in a few weeks anyway". Disgusting.

Oh man where do I start. I called the store last Saturday asking about getting a new phone. The guy that answered said he was at the Fulton location which was a lie anyway he told me that they had a special and I could trade in my phone for a s23 and that it wouldn't cost anything more than the tax(which was a Lie) I agreed to do the special and was so excited when we got our phones we went to the fulton location where we met Anthony which he proceeded to tell us about the mistake we had made. Anthony explained to us what we needed to do and helped us to try and get though this. I want to give Anthony a big Thank you for going above and beyond to help us. If it wasn't for him we would have left at&t. Thank you so much for helping us.

Worked with Anthony, and he hooked me up ? got me a brand new iPhone! Store full of people and he still made time for everyone! Hands down the best time/most fun I’ve had in a phone store!
