Alvin provided exceptional service. I came in to get batteries for my Mini Cooper key fobs. I told him I had no idea how to replace these batteries. Alvin looked up how to do it on line and then took it upon himself to replaced them for me. It took special tools that I didn’t have. Thanks Alvin.
