So since October when we purchased the vehicle we have been stonewalled past the 30 day return policy by the dealership to fix problems we originally pointed out on inspection of the jeep and after two days of driving it. I have had 3 visits to it's service department and yet to have the "death wabble" repaired. This now January. I'm taking it to a reputable shop and having a full inspection done. If they find there are no new repairs done on the jeep as we requested then I'm left with no option but to pursue legal action! I have NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A DISHONEST COMPANY EVER BEFORE! I AM PISSED AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED TO GET WHAT I WAS PROMISED AND WHAT I WANT!! I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH FLINT MICHIGAN AND BLOWING UP THERE PHONE LINES TO THE TOP TILL I GET WHAT I WAS PROMISED! THIS VEHICLE IS UNSAFE ON THE ROAD AND NEVER SHOULD HAVE PASSED TWO "SAFETY INSPECTIONS" I HAVE ALL TEXTS AND EMAILS REGARDING THIS SITUATION AS EVIDENCE!!I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT!!!!!

I have a strong following in the community! So let’s create a honest review of this dealership. I have worked in several dealerships and seen multiple different tactics on selling cars. But sometimes you don’t always agree. My manager(Keith Marlett) insisted that selling non-optional protection packages and windshield packages will create more profits for the dealership and the sales staff! Meanwhile, the few customers coming through the dealership are not understanding! Not understanding why it’s mandatory. So that leaves an unhappy customer and an unpaid salesman. Not to mention this company doesn’t pay their employees! Went without being paid right before Christmas. Among a few other salesmen. If your considering this business…there are better options. Trust me. You will thank me later.

Honestly I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star. They lie to you from the jump. The sales manger is an absolute CLOWN. Loves to lie to your face but when you walk out he try’s anything to get you back in the door. I went into a deal trying to get my family in a car ASAP as I am expecting my kid to be here any day now, told them I wasn’t putting any money down. So they told me the bank wanted $2,000 down, told them no I wasn’t putting money down, I was out of the deal at the time. Then called me back saying they got a better deal, they only want $1,000 down, again told them I was still out. They didn’t get the point I was putting no money down. THEN they tell me they can do $0 down for what I want. But let’s not forget, the sales manager wanted me to sell him any gun I had to get him the $2,000 down on the vehicle. I’ve never had a sales manager try and get me to sell him a gun to give them $2,000 which I said from the start I wasn’t doing. So overall, STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

WOW, It was so refreshing to have a dealership willing to work for you and not just their bottom line. We had several prior bad experiences and were ready to throw in the towel on getting a new truck. But Chuck and Bill were very patient, determined, and honest about what they could and couldn't do for us. Finally we met in the middle and made a deal!!! The whole sales team even chipped in to move 500lbs of feed from our old truck to the new one so we could drive away in our new truck that day. Thanks Team!!

Like many others have stated in their reviews, this dealership uses shady marketing techniques. I received a "Dealopoly" flyer that indicated I won $5,000. I called the dealership, as this seemed too good to be true. They assured me that they are insured for this type of promotion, and to bring the flyer in to claim my $5,000. I made the drive from Columbia, only to discover that the fine print states that just because the flyer says you won doesn't mean you actually did. I understand that they have to sell cars and get people in the door, but making false claims on their promotions shows that leadership at this dealership lack integrity and shouldn't be trusted. I've never done business here, and don't plan to in the future due to this and the comments from other reviewers.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We bought our truck there in September of 2022. The salesman lied about the deal in order for us to sign the contract and then conveniently resigned just a few days after we signed. We were also supposed to receive a check at the time of signing. We never received the check after 14 months and have gotten the run around from the dealership. It’s been so bad, we have now had to get the Attorney General involved. After speaking with the general manager a few weeks ago, she said we were “approved for a check to be sent” but have gotten no check in the mail and have received no calls from their third party company who handles their checks. After multiple follow-up calls to the dealership, I still have not heard anything.Not to mention they lost the title to the truck and it took them over a month to get us a new one, there was a check engine light on the truck that they have yet to fix (this was also one of the conditions of purchasing), and they stated they would refund the warranty since they have yet to fix the truck after 14 months (we haven’t seen that money either).These people are dishonest and the turnover rate of their staff speaks volumes.

I've never been disrespected like I was at this dealership tonight. While discussing a deal and possible numbers they took the key and went to show the vehicle I was interested in with another customer. And tried to over explain why my vehicle was worth 10k less than it is because of current incentives. Which don't actually apply to my current vehicle. I've been coming to this dealership for years and I think I will be taking my business elsewhere for service and for sales! It's no longer a local dealership or a nice experience.

Service desk was nice to deal with. Shop failed my trucks state inspection because of exhaust hangers that have been the exact same for 8 years and passed at 3 different shops in those years. Another shop passed it the same day no issues.

I bought a Jeep from this dealership awhile back and had amazing service. The price was decent for the vehicle and I was in and out in no time.More recently bought a convertible out of town and needed service on it. And it was taken care of quickly and wasn’t oversold.Not to mention my brother from another mother, Charles Winscott, is now on their sales staff and has a proven record of excellent service. I would definitely give them a shot for any purchase or service options you may need.

Had to take my car to their shop last week and they got it done in such a timely manner. The service manager was very kind, helpful, and professional. It was done correctly and fast. My dad also got a new jeep here a few months ago and the salesman was so helpful and answered all the questions we had. We didn’t feel like just another sale like at other dealerships. They will definitely have our business in the future.

Seriously awesome place! Was looking for a new Jeep and Chuck helped me immensely. I highly recommend coming here if your looking for a new or pre owned car. The whole staff was polite, it was clean and I didn't feel like they were trying to get over on me. I will happily be bringing my Jeep back any time I need anything.

I went into the dealership and talked to a very nice, intelligent man about purchasing a Jeep. His name was Charles Winscott. He listened to me and answered all my questions. He was very nice, had a great since of humor and very friendly. He made me feel very comfortable and right at home. The staff and dealership was amazing. Go check out this dealership if your looking for your next vehicle.

I took my truck in for service and the staff was amazing and very friendly. While I waited I visited with a salesman and he was outstanding. Friendliest people I have ever dealt with at a dealership. I will buy my next vehicle for sure. The salesman was Charles Winscott and if your in the market to buy ,you need to check this dealership out.

We drove an hour and a half to McGrath because they had the car we wanted on their lot. I called the day before and Dan had it out front, ready to go. We then decided, we wanted another vehicle. He didn’t bat an eye. He was patient and showed us all the amazing features our car had to offer. We got an incredible car at a great price that our family can grow into. Dan was awesome and highly recommend him as a salesman. He even comes with his own dad jokes! We will certainly be back for the next vehicle.

I recently purchased a vehicle for my son and this was the easiest car buying experience I've EVER had. From start to finish the salesman I worked with, Charles, listened to exactly what i was looking for and what I could spend. I never felt pressured to get something I didn't want and no one tried to upsell me on anything. All the staff I interacted with were polite and went above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth process.I would definitely recommend going to McGrath and working with Charles.
