I have found the owners to be very kind and knowledgeable, Always willing to answer questions or explain how something works. I truly enjoy their classes. The prices are very reasonable and it is a 24 hour gym. It is always a good experience.Sylvia Streu

I love the accessibility of the gym. A good variety of machines, affordable, and the owner is all around a great guy and cares about his patrons. I tell everyone I know to go to this gym. All positive vibes.
