Extremely helpful polite and quick in Fulton. I had planned to drop off my taxes due to no appointment and they squeezed me in upon arrival. No matter what questions I asked...this year I had quite a few...they had a quick and easy to understand answer. Not to mention they got me the biggest return I've ever received since being an adult. Would highly recommend!!!

So apparently they can book non existant appointments for you with text and email confirmation.. Then when you waste gas and show up literally no one is there. Update: Made a phone appointment a while back and it was scheduled for today. Guess who didn't get a call. You guys need to fix whatever system you're using or hold the employees accountable.
