“Anyone looking for a new phone should visit US Cellular in Fulton, MO. The store manager, Katie, is very friendly and helpful. She runs the store like a well-oiled machine and is great at fixing any problems I've had. Katie is incredibly knowledgeable about phones and does a wonderful job. She's kind, awesome, and an excellent manager.”
“Misty Handley was fun to work with. I bought 2 phones on line (through T-Mobile) and brought them in to the Fulton store to assist me in transferring data from my old phones to the new ones. Instead, she did it all for me (I just sat and watched in awe). Kylie Grosklos and Heather Hawkins also GRACIOUSLY helped in this process.
This process took almost an hour (because of mistakes I had made). However it was a very enjoyable time because of their very friendly demeanor (even though I had significantly increased the scope of the project with MY mistakes).
This place will give you a good experience even if you are inept with phone technology.”
