You would think a small town bank would be more personable and communicative and not nickel and dime you for every little thing. I’ve had national banks treat me better and I’ll be keeping that in mind for the future. I am signed up for text alerts and email alerts and have overdraft protection yet somehow the overdraft protection failed to work and I was charged a fee without any notification. I just went in to close my account because I’m sick of not hearing anything and being unable to access my account from the horrible mobile app and was told it had been charged whatever was left in the account in April (it’s the last week of August) and closed it without any notification, not even snail mail. If you want to be able to keep an eye on your finances and get regular notifications, do not waste your time on this bank.

75% of the people at this place are rude, unprofessional, and/or condescending. The management doesn't care and doesn't respond to complaints. I grimace whenever I have to call them, afraid that "Nick" will be the one to pick up, he likes to argue with the customers and he's also extremely unprofessional in every way there is. He's the worst, but he's far from the only one, it emanates from the top management all the way through the organization.Additionally, they don't listen to their customers at all. All their talk about hometown values and small town attitude are just talk, they're way worse than the big banks.Do yourself a favor and pick a different bank.

One of the worst banks we have ever dealt with. From not returning calls, to nonfunctional apps, to refusing to show legal documents when requested to untrained staff to rude and apathetic management. The loan officers don't even know their requirements in lending.

Absolutely crooked people. Spoke with joe the manager who was very rude and went back on a verbal agreement me and a personal banker had. Said he didnt care and that hes the manager. All but hung up on me. I will be closing all my accounts and going to united credit union. Absolutely the rudest individual i have ever talked to. Cares more about his power trip manager title than customers of a small town.

The staff here are supper friendly and we hardly had to wait at all. Plus they have free sodas and water for their customers

I have banked here for over 10 years and have never had any issues with either loans or checking accounts. Very helpful staff and convenient locations throughout the area.

Have had ridiculous experiences with most of their policies. Most of the staff is pleasant, however I have also had rather rude people "help" me.

Staff is very rude and unhelpful. They argue with you and don't try to talk with you. Also some of their policies are OUTRAGEOUS!

The ladies behind the desk were rude and unhelpful when it came to deposting a check. Stating they couldn't help me there with a simple transaction but helped others.

This has got to be the worst bank in the history of the earth. Beyond that one of the worst run businesses ever. They lose deposits, their cards don't work most of the time, you can't get to money that you have in your account by any means. A local restaurant told me that there are days when no callaway bank card will work, as if their entire bank is out of money. It happens all of the time. Their can't answer questions about all the things wrong with the system, and then they get abusive. What happens to the money deposited there. If you care about your money and need it each day then RUN FROM THIS BANK!
