People just really don't care about their jobs. Delivering packages get thrown onto the porch no care of what's in the box whatsoever. No respect.

Sad, you can't even ask a question without employees being rude. Sorry your having a bad day but don't think your answer was appropriate " you could just stop ordering packages" I guess you could retire and find a new job and do everyone a favor. Good Day!!

I’m hard convinced that to be allowed to work at the usps you must be lacking in common sense and lack the ability to read

In the last 30 days, they have lost two orders worth close to $300. I've pretty well learned form past experience that if they mess up, it's a lost cause and there is no fixing it. They really dont care.On top of that, they have really bad attitudes... at least some of them. That includes the Post Master. (This was a few years back... around 2018. If they have a new one I dont want to make it seem like the new one is a problem)This last order, they somehow botched... even with a signature confirmation. The USPS site shows it was delivered and signed for and the name they have on the site that signed for it wasnt even the way my name is spelled. There are certain jobs that should only be occupied by competent people and that is sadly not the case... it's pretty hit or miss with these folks. If you have any other options to get your mail where you need it, i suggest you go through them instead. At least when it's important.

Amanda might be the most rude and pathetic employee I've ever encountered. Huge pain to deal with and very condescending attitude. Go to any other PO besides this one.

This post office is beyond frustrating. My husband and I travel and when we do we put a hold on our mail for the time we are gone. This is the 2nd trip we have gone on where our mail is still delivered to our house. This is beyond ridiculous. I called the post office during our vacation becuase we had mail sitting at our house that the carrier delivered. This is not okay and we do our part they should do theirs because it is their responsibility after we put a hold on our mail. It opens it up for theft and other things if people see the mail hasn't been picked up. Thus, thank you for nothing.

@Missy Christian. You worded it perfectly. They are a disaster and they feel even not obligated to respond on the letter i gave to them with the facts and the complaints about their carrier. The Mail carrier has issues but they obviously find it normal. If you want to withhold our mail go ahead i am pretty stubborn. The mailbox will not go back in it's original location as you gave permission already. So there you have that!

Passports. Made an appointment here because we couldn't get in elsewhere close. I had made some mistakes in some documents prior to arrival and got a little frustrated with myself. The lady there was awesome, (forgot her name) and she just took my pile of information and made it happen. She was very professional and cordial. Needless to say, we got our passports recently.

I’ve lived all over the U.S. and this is by far the worst excuse for a postal service. Any packages we get will not get delivered and we are forced to drive into to town and pick them up the next day. We know the mail gets here by 3:00-3:30 pm and if a package is supposed to be delivered they will claim failed delivery attempt by 8:15 am. We are always home and there is no excuse other than laziness and lack of effort.

I've never had a problem at the Fulton Post Office. Most things are quick and easy, and the only thing that takes up excess time is if there's a difficult customer at the front of the line (which is not the fault of the postal workers). The staff is generally knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with.

They have a serious communication problem at this post office. We went down there and asked if we could move our mailbox. They said they were sure it was ok and if it was not they would call us. We did not receive a call and after a couple of months we moved it. When the carrier saw it he left a note that appeared written in an angry state. He stomped around the yard and rang our bell. He seemed so angry, I did not dare go to the door. I was not up for a confrontation with someone who was going to be belligerent. We received a note saying that we must put it back. We both have disabilities, and it was difficult to move in the first place. The location is bad for us and them. The ditch where it was located fills with water. The mailbox leans in the soft mud. It has been hit several times by cars and we had to replace it. This has been a financial hardship and physically difficult for someone with a back injury. We moved it a short distance and it is in a location where it is stable. It seems to be more of a power trip more than anything. They now blackmail us by withholding our mail. They said we did not get permission. The main website says nothing about needing permission, only contacting them. Regardless, we did follow that procedure. Their lack of communication is the problem. They are not even up-to-date with technology for easier communication. We actually went to them. They need to be privatized, so they make the customer a priority. I hope they go under and that has to happen. They should not be allowed to treat people this way when it is THEIR fault for not doing what they said they would. They were provided a phone number. They could call. Send a letter why don't you? It is what you do, correct? You had all that time to let us know as we were told you would. I think they just like feeling important and give people a hard time to wield their power. Look at all the bad reviews. It is not just the people here just being disgruntled, they have BIG problems with communication and customer service!

My package isn’t here, did the postal worker steal it? Because this is a lie. My postal box has a lock that only I and the postal worker can enter.

Evidently, instead of "Delivering" your packages, now it'll say "Out For Delivery between such & such a time" & then "Mysteriously", at the time of the "scheduled" delivery, it'll change to "Available to be picked up at post office". This post office is pathetic at best.
