“The staff at Midwest is excellent. Dr. Vedder is the kindest and most down-to-earth vet I have ever had. She is candid with her responses and will tell it like it is, which I appreciate. She performed an enucleation on our senior chihuahua, who had been battling dry eye for some time. He made a full recovery and is so much happier and energetic. Besides his gray face, I sometimes forget he’s an elderly, half-blind dog. We take our younger pup to visit when he doesn’t have an appointment so he can say hi to the wonderful staff without getting poked or prodded. Mary, the receptionist, took extra time with him to make him feel comfortable and welcomed. He loves coming here and seeing all his human friends! You won’t regret taking your furry family members to Midwest.”
