I have had my ups and downs with any pharmacy I've done business with, throughout most of my life (61). I do miss my preferable "small town" (population 2,000) pharmacies, however, I'm so very happy with my last switch: from the Monolith: Walmart to Walgreens, here in Fulton, MO. I asked if they would "know me". (We both knew it would take a bit) yet they have, as have I, so that's my story, and I'm sticking to it!

Easy place to come to get passport photos done. Matt seems to know what to do in the department

Horrible place. NEGATIVE 100 STARS. THIS IS NOT THEIR FIRST SCREW UP ON MY MEDS. When the staff screws up they REALLY screw up. The pharmacist is very rude. They made so many mistakes on just one refill it was ridiculous. Screwed up so bad insurance refused to pay for second script. And a refill not a new script. When I spoke to the "Store Manager" he said he would help. He would find the pharmacist because she was in the building somewhere, and help get it sorted out. He then disappeared. I NEVER SAW THAT MAN AGAIN. I waited a half hour for pharmacy to open figuring she would show up because I was told she was there. She wasn't due until 1pm. So far 14 miles each way original trip to pick up script. 14 miles each way back because it's wrong. Now another 14 miles each way to see pharmacist who proceeded to tell me the doctor sent script written wrong (remember it was a refill). So I call Dr office from parking lot and they sent second script while I was on phone. I also inquired about a second script they claimed to never received, from an entirely different doctor. According to the pharmacist its all the doctors' faults. Quote per pharmacist "Its hard to find good, component people in the medical field." I asked her if she wasn't in the medical field. She walked away pissed. Went to Wal-Mart came back hour later and pharmacist claims they never got it. Of course now Dr office closed. Called next day and it was finally ready. Another 14 mile each way to pick it up. That's 112 miles to be insulted and treated like crap.

I love the Fulton Walgreens. Got my flu shot last week. Barely felt it. Convenient drive thru when you don't feel up to going inside. The front staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. I love the balance reward program. Photo lab is convenient and they are helpful if you need any guidance. The pharmacy is clean, well organized and go out of their way to make sure I understand my meds. I love being able to go out of town or out of state to another Walgreen store and being able to access my information.
