We have had accounts here for over 13 years. We recently moved to Springfield and had to change to a more local bank, but left this account open because a direct deposit was set up to go here.During a busy season of life (new grandbabies, travel, etc) we miscalculated what was in our account and ended up with 3 charges. Immediately upon realizing this I transferred $500 from savings and did another $500 mobile deposit, more than covering what was needed.I have canceled the auto payments that caused the issue. Yet the bank would not refund even one of the three fees. Very unprofessional.

Went up on behalf of my job, we sold a vehicle and check was made to wrong person. Went up to have it fixed. Was told whom to ask for. Got there and a girl named Kasi Luna came up to me and asked what I needed. I explained the situation and showed her the check, she snatched it out of my hand and said you don’t need to speak to him, I said excuse me. She proceeds with he isn’t the one who prints the checks. I drove two hours because of fault of theirs and I’m treated with absolute disrespect. Kasi Luna should not be a loan secretary if she can’t speak to people without an attitude and better yet snatch stuff out of people hands.

Great and efficient service by friendly caring individuals. Check lobby times for inside services. Teller machine is in enclosed area, front of bank. Not a 24hr service bank, so plan your visits accordingly!
