Ok so Oriellys has always had really decent customer service , they have been my personal choice for my automotive needs since I was a teenager , that's a long ...really long time.. and like I said customer service is a strong point with them however as stores got busier over the years the service got a little more rushed feeling, not sure if it was on my end or theirs, possibly both.So today, I pulled in to the Gainesville Oriellys , an absolute wreck after driving 60+ miles of curvy boothills in an S10 with a misfire in cylinder 4 and an exhaust leak choking out dog and driver, picture one of those rolling baby toys that was like a popcorn popper in a snow globe thats how driving it felt , picture that , so I was feeling really rough and negative until I walked in the store and asked to borrow their code reader and met Dylan.Dylan greeted me with a big smile and right away I felt like I mattered to him even though I was asking for a service that Oriellys offers free of charge. Not only did he loan me the code reader but he came out and hooked it up, read and interpreted the codes and then proceeded to help make sure we checked the various possible causes for the issue. I needed a piece of tubing/hose and he made a special trip back in the store to match the hose to my part for me and make sure I had what I needed and then he reset and double checked the diagnostic for me again just to be sure we were good. He was willing to pitch in any way he could and made excellent use of his training and tools Oriellys equips their folks with and I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU DYLAN @ GAINSVILLE ORIELLYS!! And to Corporate, Dylan SHOULD DEFINATELY BE GETTING A RAISE because he left an impression with me that prompted a 600word good review. People don't take time to write good reviews these days, unless they are paid or scripted.. but this review is 100 % freely given with a big thanks to you, the people who hired and trained you, and to your Mama and or Papa for raising such a great guy. You gave me hope and your confidence allowed me to feel i might actually make it to seymour on my own 4 tires rather than a tow trucks, and by golly because of your help and I'm sure a whole lot of positive wishfulness, I actually made it home safely. I can't thank you enough for being a game changer and a day saver!! Love that Gainsville Oriellys and really appreciate you Dylan. Thank YOU, You deserve a raise for sure ?

Price match policy DOES NOT WORK HERE!!!Husband purchased SAE 5w20 synthetic oil for $9.49/quart at Gainesville, MO store after employeesaid it was $14.97 atWALMART. Went to Walmart in Mtn Home, AR (SAME DAY PURCHASED) was $5.92?!!!!Rude employee refused to give my husband his Military discount.Self-serving store manager made my husband wait while he took a phone call customer, eventhough my husband had been waiting to talk to the manager.Not the kind of store for this area there are other stores to purchase from where the employees care about their customers and are respectful. This is not the way to treat Senior Citizens.

The people here really try... as a mechanic I still have to show them just exactly what to do at times unless it's a manager then not usually but, good people otherwise.
