David is very rude and over values properties he tries to sell for estates. He don't advertise on any big web sites, only on his website which is seen local by people in Ozark county.He and Minlinda county administrator are in Kahoot together, don't care about clients just their pocket. He gets paid even with no sale. Does not go out of his way to sell.
