I have had to go to the post office twice in the past 3 weeks to pick up Amazon packages that Amazon said USPS was unable to deliver because their was no access to my driveway or front door. I was home one of those times, so i know they dodnt try. And I just received an Amazon notification for a 3rd time for an order they could not deliver! And I was home yet again! They clearly lie about trying to deliver packages! Especially since they are supposed to leave a slip saying they tried to deliver. This office really needs better employees and management!

Always getting someone else’s mail or packages or not getting my mail or packages and when you call them they acted like it’s not their fault. And the guy I talked too is very rude. And told me I was lucky he even answered the phone. And now since I was dogs they said they are not going to bring me my packages. I hate it since they moved Crane mail to Galena office. It has sucked big time since then. Just called I have a nice regular mail Lady.

I had a package that had items from my mother who passed away that was going all over the country for 6 weeks. From the moment I reached out to the ladies at Galena post office, they made it their priority to get my package to me, calling other post offices, emailing them. They kept me up to date on where my package was. They went above and beyond, and I'm so thankful for that. There are still kind people in this world.🙏❤️

This office makes their own rules and regulations regarding package delivery. They hold some amazon packages at their facility at their discretion and update the delivery information saying the purchaser requested the package to be held at the office which is a complete lie. Didn't think a federal agency can shirk their duties so blatantly and get away with it.

They have been returning Mail sent to me and saying that address doesn't exist but the address does exist and I have received mail at the address. Tell me when all Mail is sent back to sender and very important Mail sent to me that I have to get but getting sent back by post can be held accountable

Post man won't hold mail, doesn't notify If any issues and had a handicap friend of mine move her own mailbox 2 times til finally I was able to help her get a on the house mailbox. Something needs to be done!

Your phone must be off the hook I've been calling since 1pm about a package that was supposed to be delivered Saturday June 18th but was not and all I get is a busy signal.
