Working for a national financial corporation, I find it absolutely ludacris BTC charges for replacement debit cards due to fraudulent activity. When questioned, the response was “well the information was put out there to be used.” Laughable, of course it was! I did business with a merchant who ended up not upholding their “end of the bargain”. I had contact with that merchant to no avail, and finally turned my debit card off as stolen as they kept taking payment, and my authorization was revoked with my previous communication. I get smaller banks need to keep themselves afloat, but charge the $14 dollars to clients who need their cards reprinted not clients who have compromised cards. In addition, when I have mentioned filing a dispute the request goes completely unacknowledged so I can only guess they don’t know how to properly execute that protocol since it’s Federal Regulation. BTC might be FDIC insured, but if you’re looking for a bank who will protect your funds I’d DEFINITELY look elsewhere.

Good people that are always pleasant to work with when stopping by to handle business. They hold our mortgage and look forward to doing more business in the future.

The savings accounts have some of the best rates out there and new checking accounts are great too.

I have a real estate loan with BTC bank. Although the interest rates were a little higher, the loan was customized to my situation in a way that other banks were not willing to do. Very happy with the speed and accuracy of service.

Manager, having no class or professional education was really demonstrating is ineptitude though complicated my questions became. Even on a basic grade school level the guy was having a hard time comprehending what I was saying. Even though we live in a rural area, and it is a very small bank, Standards for employees should still be sought
