Confirmed an online booking to show up and them require a utility bill. Showed them our utility bill from our apartment and they said it had to be one from a major KC company but our apartments cover all our utilities. A complete waste of time.

Told us we could use our bank card to rent a vehicle took the money out of account and didn't let me rent a vehicle now I have to wait up to ten business days to get my refund after sending me to two locations ill never use them again

Wanted to rent a SUV for 3 days. Enterprise across the street quoted $325. Budget quoted $900. Lady had no interest in helping us, never heard of AARP. We rented from Turo. You should too.

Horrible. They called last night to confirm my car and time. When I arrived the car was still dirty and angry customers in front of me. It’s the old McDonalds building on N Oak. Very run down building, poor service and lots of frustrated customers dropping off and picking up.

Reserved one thing MONTHS in advanced. Even confirmed it. Got stuck with something entirely different. Now my vacation is ruined. We cannot take a SUV where we are going. So now we are screwed and they refuse to give any kind of discount for the inconvenience. We will no longer do business with Budget

By far the most unprofessional business I have ever interacted with. Not only did the front desk child have zero idea what he was doing, but after speaking with his manager wouldn’t allow me to speak with his manager.
Furthermore when asked why his manager couldn’t be spoken to he provided no explanation and instead threatened to call the police.
